Max, the guide, was superb throughout. To top it all off, we could have gotten a piggyback from the Pope because we were that close. What an amazing day, certainly worth the early start. I would definitely recommend it.

Because of Rossana, our trip to Rome became the best vacation we have ever had. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to truly maximize their experience with an expert, caring, and outstanding professional guide like Rossana. This was the most exciting experience my wife and I have ever had—seeing Pope Leo up close twice in one day was unforgettable. Rossana Lanucara was an outstanding tour guide: knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly professional. She guided us smoothly through security and positioned us at the railing so we were just feet from Pope Leo, even allowing us to take a photo with him. She also helped us get Mass tickets that evening, where we again sat just feet away at St. Peter’s Basilica. At 63 years old, this was the best Mass and tour experience of my life. Because of Rossana, our Rome trip was the best vacation ever. Highly recommend!

Rudi guided us very well. He kept saying, “Follow me, follow me,” and we were able to do just that. Our seats were very close to the route the Popemobile took. I was very satisfied! As for the meeting point, the map provided was wrong. It showed the opposite side of the street. However, the staff handled it without any trouble. I recommend this tour to all visitors who are available on Wednesday morning. Otherwise, the queue would be very long, and you would have to wait a long time for the security check. Thank you.
